Important Announcement

Dear Mr. Partner,

The 2009 period has been a challenging cycle, full of changes worldwide.

During our 25 Years of existence, as CARTEK GROUP, we have faced and mastered several challenges such as the one we took 10 years ago, in which we converted our group from a sales and export company to a designer and manufacturing company of automotive service equipment.

In this exciting period, we have been able to develop a first class manufacturing facility and one engineering group committed to quality, innovation and success.

At this moment we feel very proud about our achievements and we are sure that this is only the beginning of the journey.

We are very excited with the imminent introduction of the most modern Wheel alignment Systems in the industry, such as the MBA (Multi-Bay Systems), the Robotic System and further down the road, the first touch-less system, totally designed and manufactured in our installations.

Together we have traveled a long journey and today we have to communicate an important decision which is the abandonment of the BEAR brand and logo.

For the last 10 years we have integrated the BEAR image as part of CARTEK, but today we feel the need to abandon the BEAR brand

We understand that this decision may seem unexpected and surprising but, there are reasons of high legal complexity that could jeopardize our future developments and fully justify our decision.

This is a change that involves exclusively a Brand. Our production and designing ability, as well as our acquired knowledge, remain intact

We are absolutely confident, that you as a Partner will understand that the elimination of a logo from our Business scheme does not imply any change in the quality that your customers have perceived in our products and organization.

It is with great pride that we inform you that effective July 01^st 2009, our complete family of products will be sold exclusively under our brand CARTEK

We are proud of what we are and we trust in what we can be.

The only element that we need to continue to be successful is your support
